"Absolutely Wonderful ""We went to this restaurant for the first time exactly four years prior to this last visit. The chicken on their Carnaval Plate was so good that my spouse has been talking about it for the entire last four years. We are now back in town on vacation, and the first place we decided to visit was Silvio's. Last stay we were in Redando Beach, this stay, we decided to drive all the way up from Newport Beach in-order to eat here once more, and we were not disappointed. The chicken, tri-tip, and sausage were just as amazing as we remember them. The salad that comes on the side was also delicious, and we would be happy to eat this everyday. The wine my spouse ordered was quite nice, light tannins and delicate for a Pinot Noir (Davis Bynum). I had a couple of the Caipiroskas (Originial and Pepino) and both were quite tasty. Neither were too sweet.
